As your selected auctioneer, our primary objective is to maximize the sale price of your asset by attracting the most suitable buyer, all while alleviating any stress associated with the process. We handle everything from coordinating with local estate agents (if applicable) to communicating with solicitors and ensuring that the complete legal documentation is readily available to potential buyers well in advance of the auction date.

STEP 4 PRE AUCTION

In the weeks leading up to the auction, we’re all about keeping communication alive. We’ll be in touch with you, the estate agent, and your solicitor, making sure everyone’s on the same page.

Our mission is to generate interest and excitement as we approach the auction day. By staying connected and building interest, we aim to gather a vibrant crowd of registered bidders. This ensures that the auction environment is charged with energy and competition, giving your property the best possible chance to shine.

BIDDING OPENS

STEP 5 AUCTION DAY

On the day of auction our state of the art bidding window opens, remaining active for a duration of 6 hours. During this time buyers who have been pre authorised by the auction house will have the opportunity to bid.

All bids are openly displayed to the general public, ensuring complete transparency for all parties involved. Upon the closure of the auction, provided the reserve price has been met, the highest bidder will secure the property, and contracts will promptly exchange.

Subsequently, the buyer becomes legally and financially obligated to purchase the property at their final bid price. A non-refundable 10% deposit is required, with completion typically within 20 working days.
